Sarah is known in the industry for her deep knowledge of and active engagement with the communications, government affairs and investor relations communities. Sarah has provided executive search and talent management solutions to many of the world’s leading companies. She also has extensive experience consulting to businesses on organizational design and competency framework development. She has spent the last decade of her career in Asia, partnering with business leaders across the region to solve for a range of human capital related issues and requirements.
She was part of the team that established the Taylor Bennett Foundation, a multi-award-winning charity founded in 2008 to address the need for greater diversity in the public relations industry. She is a long-standing Board Trustee of the Institute for Public Relations, a non-profit foundation dedicated to fostering greater use of research and research-based knowledge in public relations and corporate communication practice. Prior to her career in Asia, she worked in executive search in London on UK and European leadership assignments.
Educated in the UK, with a Master’s in Politics from Edinburgh University, Sarah spent much of her childhood in Zimbabwe, which inspired her sense of adventure and love for travel and cultural diversity.back
